Facility Take 2 Program

The CNOR Take 2 program allows a CNOR-eligible nurse to take the exam twice in a 12-month period if the first attempt is unsuccessful.

Facility Order Form Program

The Facility Order Form program allows facilities to purchase the CFPN or CSSM Certification for a minimum of five nurses. CCI is proud to offer volume discounts for health systems or facilities seeking to certify multiple nurses. 

There is no second take options for either the CFPN or CSSM credential.
