• Facilities will need to provided their EIN (Employer Identification Number or Tax ID) in order to create an account.

The Facility Purchasing Program offers a centralized solution for health systems and facilities to purchase and manage vouchers that can be used for certification, exam retakes, educational materials and prep products. Administrators can access a secure facility portal to purchase certification vouchers, monitor candidate progress, and manage bulk registrations efficiently.
Facilities can pay by credit card, ACH, or select another form of payment through the portal. Vouchers are assigned to eligible nurses, who then submit their application and schedule exams during their 12-month authorization period. Volume discounts are available for organizations certifying multiple candidates.

Validates the achievement of the baccalaureate-prepared nurse who demonstrates current proficiency in a perioperative leadership role.

Voucher management
Administrators issue vouchers via the facility portal. Nurses submit applications using their voucher code and must take the exam within 90 days of submission.
Candidate progress
Administrators can monitor candidate progress, track exam submissions, and manage all bulk registrations from the facility portal dashboard.
Retakes
If a candidate does not pass or requires a second attempt, facilities can purchase a retake and assign it directly. Retake fees apply and are clearly outlined at checkout.
Legacy Take 2 Vouchers
CCI will honor prior Take 2 program commitments for CNOR and CNAMB previously purchased. Candidates retain their retake as previously agreed.
Payment methods
Facilities can pay by credit card, ACH, or another approved payment method through the portal. Vouchers are assigned to eligible nurses after purchase.
Withdrawals & refunds
No withdrawals or refunds are permitted for facility voucher purchases. Please review candidate readiness before purchasing.
