Contract Submission Deadline: April 24, 2026
CCI will stop accepting new facility contracts and addenda to existing contracts beginning April 24, 2026 as we prepare for our new Certification Management System launch on May 4.
• Contracts and addenda must be submitted and received by April 24, 2026
• Agreements received after April 24th will be processed after the May 4th launch
• Your existing contracts remain fully valid, this applies to new agreements and changes only
• The CCI portal will be offline April 29th at 6 PM ET through May 4th
Facility Take 2 Program
The CNOR Take 2 program allows a CNOR-eligible nurse to take the exam twice in a 12-month period if the first attempt is unsuccessful.
CCI is proud to offer volume discounts for health systems or facilities seeking to certify multiple nurses. For more information on the Take 2 program, please see the CNOR or CNAMB Handbooks.

Facility Order Form Program
The Facility Order Form program allows facilities to purchase the CFPN or CSSL Certification for a minimum of five nurses. CCI is proud to offer volume discounts for health systems or facilities seeking to certify multiple nurses.
There is no second take options for either the CFPN or CSSL credential.
