AI Use
Our Use of Artificial Intelligence
CCI uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support certain internal and operational tasks, including:
- Marketing and design (e.g., Canva’s AI features) for graphics, social media content, and promotional materials
- Productivity and workflow support (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for drafting internal communications, summarizing documents, and administrative efficiency
- Customer service support (e.g. AI-assisted email drafting and note taking) to respond and record general inquiries more efficiently
- Research and content drafting for data analysis, website copy, and educational materials
All AI-assisted work is reviewed and approved by qualified CCI staff before use to ensure accuracy, quality, security, and professionalism.
AI will not be used to make decisions regarding candidate eligibility, certification, examination results, or reconsiderations/appeals. These decisions are made solely by qualified CCI staff and committees in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
