Community Engagement & Support Grant

The Community Engagement & Support (CES) Grant Program purpose is to expand access to educational resources, support professional development, and align with goals to improve surgical care for perioperative nurses working in rural and underserved areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Primary eligibility is based on geographic location, determined by using the USDA Rural Development (RD) Eligibility Tool.

Eligibility Search Instructions

To apply, individuals or facilities must:

  • Provide a ZIP code for their place of residence or employment
  • Be located in a region designated as rural or underserved according to USDA RD data

What the Grant Provides

Recipients of the CES Grant Program will receive:

  • Individuals: 1 CCI Educational Resource
  • Facilities: 5 CCI Educational Resources

Each grant award is valid for 12 months, with a limit of one application per person within any 12-month period, and no extensions are allowed.
