Helping Our Perioperative Educators
Educators play an invaluable role, ensuring that nurses possess the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their positions. Research shows that nurses who hold specialty certifications have greater confidence in their clinical practice as a result of having validated their specialized knowledge.
Perioperative-certified nurses who have mastered the standards of perioperative practice further a culture of professionalism and have been correlated to improved outcomes in surgical patients.
