CCI is pleased to support the Veterans Health Administration and Department of Defense in the 2009 "Let's Get Certified - Phase II
Campaign."
Since 1979 The Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI) has been dedicated to promoting
patient safety and nursing excellence through perioperative certification. We are pleased to lend our support to the "Let's Get Certified – Phase II Campaign" by offering reduced prices on our CNOR and CRNFA certifications to all VHA and DoD perioperative nurses.
To register at the "Let's Get Certified" discounted price download the application from this page. You will not receive the discount with any other application. You can obtain a CRNFA application for the "Let's Get Certified" program by contacting the CCI office at 888.257.2667. Complete the application and return it to us at:

Applications must be submitted with full payment in order to be processed. Payment can be made by either check or credit card. All applications are subject to VHA or DoD employment verification. Applications that do not have the requested VHA/DoD information will not be processed.
Only the official LGC application will be processed at the LGC discounted rate. Standard CNOR or CRNFA applications, including on-line applications, will be charged the full rate of $375.00 for the CNOR application and $550.00 for the CRNFA application. CCI will not refund the difference between the full application rate and the LGC discounted rate to an individual who submitted a standard certification application. Submitting the correct application to receive the LGC discounted rate is the sole responsibility of the individual submitting the application. This discount may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
"Let's Get Certified" discounts/rates are available from June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010. VHA/DOD employment status subject to verification.
