Reflecting its ongoing commitment to convene thought leaders and scholars to advance thinking on topics of importance to patient safety, CCI hosted its second invitational Think Tank. Building on the success of the inaugural Think Tank, CCI convened experts to discuss how nursing can work together to develop a framework for continued competence driven by the principles of patient safety. The event was designed to achieve a single, significant outcome: to reach a shared understanding of how nursing can ensure ongoing competence development that enhances both the profession and patient care.
