9/21/2007 Leslie Anne Patry	From Washington and Virginia - I headed off to Halifax Nova Scotia to present to nurses at their national specialty conference - and have had the opportunity to speak about the CNA Certification Program. The focus is continuing competence - the nurses "get it" - they are nodding their heads in agreement (hopefully not nodding off to sleep) - and are really engaged in the conversation about how and why this is important to nursing and to proressional practice and it's impact on patient care. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the Think Tank and I hope that CNA can participate in future iniatives as this project moves forward. Merci beaucoup. A la prochaine. Leslie
