Patient Positioning |
The RN prevents patient injuries by placing the patient in a position that maintains body alignment. This module provides the basic knowledge and skills necessary for safe and effective patient positioning for patient care areas, including endoscopy suites, ambulatory surgery units, physicians’ offices, cardiac catheterization suites, radiology departments, and all other areas where procedures may be performed. ©2005.
