Duplicate Certificate |
For a $10 fee (plus $2.95 S&H), you may request a reprint of your certificate by clicking on the button below, or calling the CCI office at (888) 257-2667. The process takes approximately two to three weeks, since we must send the request to an outside vendor for printing.
Please note only currently certified CNORs or CRNFAs may request a reprint.
