An IAS account is based on an institution not the individual so you will need to provide contact information on yourself and also information on your surgical facility or school. There is only one account per institution. Please provide account log-in and password information to all individuals in your institution that will be purchasing CCI products through this program.
To get started, simply complete the brief account sign up below. A CCI representative will send you an email confirmation that your IAS account has been successfully established. However, you do not have to wait for the confirmation to start purchasing through this program.
