The Certificate Program for Surgical Services Management is designed for members of the health care team that function in a management role in the operating room. The pillars of the program are flexibility and professional development. To start, each candidate receives a diagnostic assessment of their strengths and weaknesses. They also received a roadmap based on their customized assessment, which outlines the domains and modules they should focus on most before they take the post-test and complete the program. There are six, self-paced modules that can be completed following the candidate's own schedule.
