Steps to Recertify by Points

Follow these four easy steps to recertify by points.

• Contact us at 888-257-2667 or info@cc-institute.org to request the recertification application. (You cannot recertify by points online.)
• Earn points through eligible activities.
• Track your points by completing the Point Activity Form in the application booklet.
• Review recertification eligibility requirements and policies.
• Submit application with completed Points Activity Form and payment by one of these three methods:
  • Scan and email the form to us.
  • Mail to Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI) 2170 South Parker Road, Suite 295, Denver, CO 80231
  • Fax to 303-695-8464. If you fax your application, please call us to confirm its receipt.
