Group Discount Program

The CNOR and CRNFA credentials represent a level of professional achievement and a demonstrated knowledge of clinical competence and practice standards of patient care before, during, and after surgery.  As the knowledge and research surrounding the intrinsic and extrinsic values of credentialing grows, so does the opportunity to expand public awareness of the benefits that the CNOR certified nurses provide. 

CCI offers a group discount of $25 off each application fee when five or more nurses apply at the same time.   The group discount is offered to both AORN members and non-members.

To earn the group discount, here are the steps each nurse needs to complete: 

1. Apply online at www.cc-institute.org, click on “CNOR Apply Now” button.
2. Complete the online application and stop at the payment page.
3. On the payment page, one of the options towards the bottom of the page is to Print Invoice
4. Print the invoice and deduct $25.00 off of the total amount due.
5. Pay by check or credit card.
6. Send in all invoices and payments in one envelope (at least five must be submitted together) and mail to:
   CCI
   2170 S. Parker Rd, Ste 295
   Denver, CO 80231.
7. The month in which the payments are received will be the month that the nurses are registered for the CNOR exam.  For example, if payments are received in July, the nurses will be registered in July. The corresponding testing window will be August, September, and October.

Since 1979 CCI has been dedicated to promoting patient safety and nursing excellence through perioperative nursing certification. We are pleased to continue our support by offering reduced prices on our CNOR and CRNFA certifications and exam prep resources to all VA and DoD perioperative nurses.

To receive the discounted price for the exam, please follow these steps to receive your discounted rate of $270 for CNORs and $425 for CRNFAs.
