Eligibility for CRNFA Recertification

 
Without exception, you must meet ALL the following requirements by the application deadline:
  • You must be currently certified as a CRNFA.
  • You must be currently certified as a CNOR or a nurse practitioner certified in your specialty.
  • You must be currently licensed, without provision or condition, as a registered nurse in the country where you're currently practicing.
  • You must have practiced, either full- or part-time, as an RNFA at some time within the two years immediately prior to application. Required practice hours must have been accumulated between January 1, of the year you certified or recertified, and June 30, of the year you are due to recertify.
