Transferring from one test period to the test period immediately following the test period you signed up for is permitted one time only with a $125 transfer fee (subject to change without prior notification).
The deadline for transferring from the 3rd quarter testing window to the 4th quarter testing window is September 1st.
To fax your request: Write your name, address, that you wish to transfer your testing window, as well as your credit card number, and expiration date on paper and fax to

If you have a scheduled testing appointment, please call (800) 896-6037 or go to www.prometric.com and cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance of your testing appointment.
