		I am currently licensed, without provision or condition, as a registered nurse in the country where I am currently practicing in surgical nursing.

		I have completed a minimum of two years and 2400 hours of surgical practice as a registered nurse in an administrative, teaching, research or general staff capacity. See Eligibility page for approved positions.

		I am currently employed in surgical nursing, either full- or part-time.
