CCI, along with the American Board of Nursing Specialties (ABNS) recently convened the Nursing Certification and Competency Summit, an invitational summit to create an international research agenda for specialty nursing certification.
As a result of this groundbreaking collaboration, the specialty nursing certification industry has agreed on three research priorities that will serve as the framework for defined collaborative research projects. ABNS, in partnership with its organizational members and Research Committee, will proceed with refinement, prioritization and implementation of the final research agenda.
